GUESTHOUSE POLICY:*All times indicated in the policies are expressed in (GMT +08:00).

MODIFICATION POLICY:*Change of Date will be acknowledged 3 DAYS before the Check-In Date
*Rooms will depend on its availability.
*No penalty charge for modifications 3 DAYS before the Check-In Date.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND NO-SHOW POLICIES:Late Cancellation: Booking cancellations must be done ONLY via phone within 24 hours other wise, payments to Domestic Guesthouse shall be automatically forfeited.
Refund: Refund will be valid 2 Days before Check-In date and shall charge worth of 1 Night within refundable amount. No Refunds allowed after Check-In.
No-Show: Guests who do not arrive and not informing us within 24 hours of Check-In date, payments will be automatically forfeited.
ID Requirement:For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Children (under 18 years) must be accompanied by their parents or guardian, or possess court authorization document in the case of travel with others. Identification for children is also required.
Late Checkout Policy:Checkout time is 12 noon. Guests wishing to extend their stay will be charged with appropriate amount per hour. Arrangements are subject to availability and should be made with the Assistant Staff located at the Front Desk.
Lost & Found:Items left behind by hotel guests and found after departure will be kept for collection by owner up to 30 Days. After that time, unclaimed items will be disposed by the hotel as seen fit.
Hotel will not be responsible for any lost items that is already broken or damaged after departure of hotel guests.
Loss, Damage, Or Theft Of Personal Items:The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. Safe deposit boxes are available for the safekeeping of these items.
The hotel's liability regarding items in the safe deposit box is limited to the equivalent of the rate of one-day room night.
Guesthouse Service Terms:- This is a NON-SMOKING Guesthouse with a shared bathroom and toilet.
- We do not offer room service, but we provide Clean rooms and Fresh sheets.
- We do not provide food and drinks, you may purchase from 24 restaurants, bars or convenient store around the area.
- We accept Major Credit Cards
- We guide you to get transport services to any point of Luzon upon request.
